WordPress has the worst technical issues regarding gravatars! I am trying to change the gravatar; however, I am unable to crop it. The click-and-drag feature for cropping a gravatar has been disable. When will this be resolved?

It's too bad you still haven't resolved this. :( Why not use either a desktop or an online image editor like I suggested in your other thread on this? Then you make sure the image is the correct size before uploading it and the cropping tool won't come into play.
