   Hi,

   I tried importing from Blogger. All posts were visible but majority of the comments were missing when viewed in the website. They are visible in the Dashboard, but when I try to delete them, they disappear momentarily but come back after a few seconds. At the bottom of the page, it says "You do not have permission to do that."

   I browsed related forums already and it seems that the only solution is help from a HAPPINESS ENGINEER who can access and successfully delete my comments.

   Please delete all my comments. I'd like to start over importing. I already asked for assistance in one related post but it was not heeded.

   Hi czarks,

   Since you'd like to re–import your Blogger site, would you like me to empty your blog? That'll permanently delete all posts, pages, comments, and media.

   (Then, you can try importing again with the Blogger file, which should help.)

   Let me know how you'd like to proceed.

   Hi Bryan!

   Yes please, kindly empty my blog of all content. Can you also cancel my pending import? Just yesterday I tried importing by uploading an XML file.

   Okay, you're blog has been emptied, and I've canceled the import as well.

   In your Blogger site, please go to Settings -> Export to save the export file, then import that into your WordPress.com blog.

   Let me know how that works for you!
