   For the past week I have been unable to access "My Stats". The blue stat bars never load – I just get a ‘loading’ message constantly spinning but, according to the address bar at the top, the page has finished loading.

   I have cleared cookies/cache and updated Flash to the most recent version. I don’t have a different browser to try – my normal one is IE7. I know I'm supposed to update to IE8 but it doesn't work for text editing (the cursor keeps jumping back to the top of the text boxes while I'm typing so I can't see what I'm saying) so I don't want to use it - not sure whether IE9 has that problem fixed or not but Microsoft have never fixed it on IE8.

   I can still access them from my Dashboard but only by using the 'Site Stats' button under the Dashboard heading - using the 'View All' button under the stats graph on the dashboard doesn't work however.

   Anyone else having this problem viewing their stats?

   I am having the same problem... it began again about a week ago. Had the same issue a few weeks ago and it stopped happening for a week or two. Now the problem is back. No hardware or setup changes have been made on my end not has any new software been installed.

   I have cleared cookies on Exp9 as indicated in a forum. Did no good. I tried Firefox and have the same problem. Using stats button is only way to see stats, but they load the come up a page and a half down a blank page except left margin and I have to scroll down to see them. Worked great until about a week ago.

   This happens the same way on all my blogs: goodmorninggratitude.com, loveletterdaily.com, brokenheartsanonymous.com and malecodependence.com

   Help PLEASE! Thank you.

   You're supposed to update it to IE9, anything below that will no longer work correctly with WordPress blogs, they're outdated browsers.

   Either upgrade or use a different browser.

   It's not the blogs that are at fault, it's your computer. Have you disabled compatibility mode on IE9?

   It was working okay prior to me going away last week - has something been changed recently? Everything else is working okay. I was getting messages saying my notifications wouldn't work soon on IE7 but nothing about stats...
