when i try to log in to my admin i get a 404 error. when i click on the log in link on my blog i also get this problem. Also when i try to log into my sight it opens up my php editor (expressions web) and i have no idea how to sort this out. the address is http://www.ebonyearl.com/blog. hope you can help.

Go to your footer and click the "powered by WordPress" link. That's not a site being hosted by WordPress.com; it's a WordPress.org site. We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.com blogs here. Support for your website is provided on the WordPress.ORG support forums and they are here http://wordpress.org/support/ If you don't have a username account at WordPress.org, click that link and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the correct support forums for your software.
