I have no problems with this account, but I'm trying to sign up for a separate blog on a separate email for my uni work with my email. The problem is I cannot seem to receive an activation email.
I have double and triple checked the emails, and tried to get it resent though the support page several times, but still no activation email. (Yes, I've already checked spam folders). I have also tried to log in with that account to contact support, but it says that my username/email doesn't exist, yet when i try to re-register, I can't use the same email because it says it's taken.
While i have read it can take up to 24 hours, I have tried to register with that email about a year ago and gave up after encountering the same problem - I was never able to receive the activation email. As my lecturer is asking for a link to our blog by the end of today, please let me know if anything can be done. The URL I'm trying to use is [email redacted] NOT the one I'm forced to enter with this account.
