Unable to see video on my WordPress blog

    I was able to see from Oct 2012 to about the second week in December. I can see videos at other sites on the web. Not in WordPress, either my site or fellow bloggers on WP. I have several links to You Tube. Help support did write me. They said they can see my videos. That's great, but I can't, not even blogs I follow within WordPress. I did all of the suggestions last Help support sent me . Nothing worked, I informed her of that. But they have not answered back. That was Jan. 1,2013.

    The blog I need help with is savorthefood.wordpress.com.

    P.S. Will you please post some example URLs of the posts your refer to that videos do not display in?

    Here is just a few URLs on wordpress.com I cannot see. The 2nd URL has the link itself to You Tube and if I follow it there I see the video just fine.

    If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

    Note: If you are using an IE9 browser in compatibility mode that makes it render as IE7 and IE7 is not supported. To disable see > http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html

    If you are, please do these five things:

    1. Try clearing your browser’s cache http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050

    2. Make sure that you have third-party cookies enabled http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/

    3. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

    4. Try enabling HTTPS: http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/

    5. You can use this link to see if your flash is up to date. http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ If it’s not then go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ and download and install the latest version of flash.

    If you are not successful let us know exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if required http://www.whatbrowser.org/ and post any error reports you get.

    I noticed just yesterday on an old post, a YouTube that had previously displayed suddently stopped, and there was only code. I looked at the code, and the "youtube=" that begins the shortcode had somehow been changed to "youtube-" instead. I fixed it and everything was fine. Odd.

    Timethief, I did all of that. You suggested that Jan.1,2013. Also my Chrome browser is up to date. Same browser I have been using since Oct when I signed on to WP. Also my IE is up to date and it also doesn't see video in WP but dose on other sites out side of WP.

    I feel now like nobody is reading with understanding what I am writing. Everything I am being asked to do, makes since if I had this problem all over the Net. But I don't it is only a problem here at WordPress.

    Timetheif you seen the videos but I don't with any browser. What is missing from my dash board inside of WP?

    Could you send us a screenshot of the page where you're seeing this? You can upload the screenshot to your blog's media library.
