   Hi, can anyone tell me how the following got into my blog and how I can get rid of it please?

   o WordPress.com
   o WordPress.org

   *
   Meta
   o Site Admin
   o Log out

   The blog I need help with is stunninglingerie.wordpress.com.

   Those are the default widgets that are placed there automatically if you don't select any of your own.
   http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/
   Simply place your own widgets there to delete the default widgets.

   The HOME tab in the navigation bar or your front page that says Hello world?
