I have no idea why it is on my wordpress reader when it's not even on the Blogs I follow list. Kinda annoying, It got new posts like every hour and I didn't even subscribe on that site. (I don't like the content)

That site is not on the blogs I follow list.
That site don't have a dropdown arrow where I can block it.
And...when I went to that site, there's no "unfollow" button provided by wordpress.
