On the last post, a publicity for medicament is coming up, though we didn't post it. Is there any body who knows how I can remove it?

Yes: buy the No Ads upgrade. Otherwise, WordPress.com blogs do occasionally display ads which are controlled by Wp.com. Hosting these ads pays for your blog hosting. It's in the Terms of Service to which you agreed when you signed up.
