update credit card information for the upcoming renewal

    Update credit card information: My domain registration renews automatically at end of July, and I have seen absolutely nowhere on this site where to do this. I found out the credit card I used by looking at a year old email, and that bank account has since been closed.

    i sent an email, and received this information: ""To update your credit card information, go to Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard, find the upgrade in question, and click on Update Credit Card." As far as I can tell, this is incorrect. Someone please help me. I wish there were phone support. This is getting really annoying. I have spent hours. Literally. Trying to find this information.

  2. The instructions are correct. When I go to that exact place on my blog > Store > My Upgrades I can clearly see a "Update Credit Card" link. I assume you have a browser issue.

    These are the troubleshooting steps we take whenever any issues like this arise:
    clearing your browser cache and cookies > http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
    using the browser with all extensions or add-ons disabled
    updating the browser to the latest stable version (not a buggy BETA browser version) http://browsehappy.com/
    confirming third party cookies is enabled http://support.google.com/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=61416
    confirming JavaScript is enabled http://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=12654
    confirming Flash is updated http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ and if required installing the latest version of Flash http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
    resetting your router and modem and rebooting your computer
    then logging in using the secure https:// log-in see http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
    trying another browser

    If those do not work for you then we need to know
    (1) how you are connecting to the internet and to WordPress.com. The way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems. There maybe be problems with your ISP and/or with the proxy servers. Also note that the main dashboard isn’t designed to work with touch devices through the tablet and smartphone browsers.

    when i go to store, my upgrades, it says,

    Status: Active

    This upgrade will be renewed automatically in 14 days on July 22, 2012

    $26.00
    USD per year
    $0.07 per day

    Just in case you’re not happy with your upgrade we offer a limited refund on newly purchased upgrades.

    1. New domain registrations will be refunded if requested within 2 days.
    2. Domain renewals are non-refundable.
    3. Most other upgrades can be fully refunded within 30 days of purchase.

    You can use the "Cancel" button on My Upgrades if available or Contact support if you want to request a refund.

    THAT is it.... please help. I must change the credit card ASAP

  8. You'll need to be logged in as the owner of the upgrade to change the payment info. Your account currently has no upgrades.
