hello. i just registered the site http://niebieski-blue.org on wordpress. i would like to go in and tweak the actual static code, not the css. is there a way to do it? i just discovered you can't ftp to a wordpress hosted domain so i'm curious if there is another way.

No, you cannot modify the underlying theme files on blogs hosted at wordpress.com. Everyone uses the same files so any change you would make would effect everyone else using the theme you are using.
