   I need to provide a new credit card number so that I can pay for my css customization. How the heck to I do this??

   Why are my 'Upgrade' buttons missing. I can't do anything from this 'My Upgrades' page - and I'm an administrator??

   It sopunds like you need to clear your browser cache or cookies http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050 because I can hover on that My Upgrades page and find a "Update Credit Card" link that I can click. I'm using Firefox 13.
