I just received an email notification that my WordPress subscription would expire in a month and that the automatic renewal had failed. I tried renewing online as directed. I unchecked the box to retain my credit card information, and pressed the upgrade button. There was no confirmation that the upgrade had gone through, and I was returned to the original expiration notification. When I checked the upgrade status on the Store screen, I saw that the status is still "expiring." What gives?
