   now i've upgraded to my own domain, sannamk.com instead of sannamk.wordpress.com.
   when i type it, none of them works. i want sannamk.com ONLY.

   The blog I need help with is sannamk.com.

   Loads fine for me and you have everything set right - BUT it takes 24 to 72 hours for changes to migrate to the far corners of the internet - you will be the last one to see the changes due to caching issues

   No. Nothing except the name ie. URLs is changed. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/#important-notes-before-upgrading
