upgrade to pro bundle

I have just upgraded, primarily to put videos on my blog.
However when I do upload a video it says 'This video is being processed'.
It never moves from there, and I cannot add it to my blog.
I have to do it via YouTube, which is not why I upgraded.
    Ideas?

The blog I need help with is anelephantcant.wordpress.com.

  3. The video titled 1st Day seems to be done processing now.

Is that the video you're referring to?

No, that is a wmv file, it is the 3gp file that doesn't work. But thanks for the reply at least, that is the first in 2 days, I am disappointed in the support so far.

  5. Ah, 3gp is a proprietary format that we can't convert here. Can you export it as a different format?

If not, try this converter to produce an MP4 video: http://www.mirovideoconverter.com

  6. Also, since you paid for an upgrade, I recommend using http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ to contact us next time. It's very likely that you'll get a quicker response.

  7. Thank you for your reply.
    It is appreciated.
I was clearly misled by your listing of 3gp as a permissible file type.
Perhaps you might want to make it clearer to those of us who believe the written word exactly which formats of files are in fact usable?
Thank you for the converter and also for the contact details.
I will certainly use them 'next time'!
    Cheers

  8. Oh goodness, it is listed, I'm sorry!

There might be video codec in there we couldn't process, or the upload may have failed.

The next time it happens, please leave the file in your Media library so we can take a look.

The file robot-de-nirio.3gp is now in my media library.
    Message reads:
Your uploaded video is encoded incorrectly: we are unable to process it. Please try using a standard format (.avi, .mp4, .m4v, .mov, .wmv, .mpg

    Have fun!

  10. Ok, I see the problem there.

Please leave the file in place while we look into this.
