Hello, I received this message where I upload my photos: You are currently using 1.2 GB out of 3.0 GB upload limit (41%).
My question please is once I have created my blogs and uploaded them, do i need to keep all the jpegs on file?
May I delete some of the files and will the photos still appear since they are already posted?

Yes, you need to keep the files in the media library. If you delete them from the library, you delete them from your site.

You're welcome. I suggest optimizing your images for the web prior to uploading. I've been here just over seven years and have used less than half my space. You shouldn't be running out.
How do I optimize for the web? What size do you suggest?
No more than 72 dpi for instance. No wider than your blog can display in size Large.
I always upload 72 dpi and display in large. Just not sure if I should size 1000 on the longest edge? Thanks again for all your help!
