I was wondering if it's possible to have an own font uploaded - whilst using the CSS upgrade - in a WordPress.com blog.
And how do I do that?

No. Even if you could, what font is displayed depends on the fonts on the viewers' computers. You can't tell everyone to go and download a particular font just so they can read your blog.
You cannot use your own font but with the Custom Design upgrade, you can easily customize the fonts in your theme with fonts from Typekit Fonts. http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/#custom-fonts
