It's all one icon now. It works almost the same; try it and you'll see.

No it has changed to the way it used to be, I have just tried uploading images from my computer and it wont work. Also I can´t do a quick edit anymore. Is there someone working in the background on wordpress doing upgrades or something that is causing the problems?

As raincoaster said above there is only one icon now. Reading this may be helpful > Drag & Drop Media Uploader & Flyout Dashboard Menus.
Clearing your browser cache and cookies is the standard troubleshooting technique used every day multiple times daily. Have you done that?
Is your browser version up to date? You can upgrade any browser version here.
