Hi there!
I´ve been asked to change the theme of this blog and appart that it´s not in my language I have some problems in changing the theme beacuse it only let me upload other wordpress themes, not the .zip file I bought for them...
Any reason of why is this happening? What can I do?

I'm sorry, but themes can't be uploaded to WordPress.com. That's a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.

You may use any of the available themes we have under Appearance > Themes in your dashboard, and you may want to look into purchasing the Custom Design Upgrade to customize one of the themes we offer:

I see an option of upgrading to pro.... will this allow me to change the theme??
No, that option is not available on WordPress.com.
You would need to install WordPress yourself from http://wordpress.org/ through a hosting provider. We have some recommended hosting providers at http://get.wp.com/hosting/
