i have been creating blog from my pc (my pc do not connect to the internet:i have to go to internet rental for connecting). How and what should i do if i want to upload my blog from my pc to internet/hosted by wordpress?

Do you mean you have the HTML on your computer and you want WordPress to host your whole blog including the coding? WordPress.com doesn't do that; you'd need to find a paid web host for that.
Do you mean just take the plain text and put it in a WordPress blog? I think you just copy and paste it in, one post at a time.

i use appserv program to run localhost in my pc. So i could not upload blog that i've created in to wordpress host?
