I have the upgrade Video for my own video uploading.. but when I add the url/link for a youtube link it doesn't show the little screen.. just the link... I've tried it two ways.. what am I doing wrong, I think this has worked before??

Coul you please try to remove the &feature=youtu.be part from the youtube link. More information on how to embed YouTube videos can be found in this guide.
still not working..
I've just change the link and used the YouTube shortcode. Everything is working properly now.
