  How do I upload or install a theme I have purchased from another website?

  Themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org. You can find out more about customizing your blog’s appearance here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/
