I don't want to upload my videos first to Vimeo or YouTube and then put them in my posts. I'd like to upload my .mov or mp4 file directly into my website. My question is, how do I accomplish this? I'm assuming I'd need to use an FTP. But where would I upload the file, ie, which folder on my Bluehost WordPress.org site? And then once it's there, how do I insert it into a post? Do I need a special code? Be specific please.

Support for your website is provided on the WordPress.ORG support forums and they are here http://wordpress.org/support/ If you don't have a username account at WordPress.org, click that link and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the correct support forums for your software.
