I am wondering if it is possible to upload my current blog to a server and use it as a webpage (domain name pending).
Would I be able to have a splash page first then have tabs along the top that link to other pages?
Im kinda new to this stuff

Familiarize yourself with the differences between WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG. I'm not sure from what you've written that you would need to leave WordPress.com.
