http://en.support.wordpress.com/topics/#missing-posts If you have assigned too many Categories/Tags to your posts, then you need to edit and delete. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/ After removal note it may take several days for your posts to begin displaying there. -
You DO have too many tags and categories, and you are using the same words as both tags and categories on the same post.

That means you will have an editing nightmare in the future. So what you need to do is edit and remove the duplication.
