I have just purchased an account with wordpress, the pro package, and domain. I also bought themes from "Elegant Themes" and i want to upload them but cant find the where i do that. Please help.

Hi there, themes can't be uploaded to WordPress.com. That's a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org. The $99 pro package that you purchased does not enable you to upload themes purchased elsewhere, sorry.
We do offer over 200 gorgeous themes here on WordPress.com, both free and premium. You can view all of our themes at http://theme.wordpress.com/
