I want to upload a custom theme and wanted to ask the community exactly how I should go about this?!
I know that you can't upload external themes with wordpress.com, so should I have a wordpress.org web domain?
If anyone can tell me exactly what I need to do to achieve uploading external custom themes that would be great :D
