Maybe you are having browser issues. It's a common thing and easy to fix. Try this. Log out and clear your browser cache and cookies and then log in again. See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
Also be sure that your Flash is up to date. Let us know how you make out. :) -
