I want to cancel 3 automatic updates on a blog: Video Press, No-Ads and 25GB Space Upgrade. They are due to be updated on 8 March and I have been in contact with Support directly. The solution I was given was to go to Store » Domains, but there isn't an option there to cancel the upgrades, just a confirmation that they will automatically renew on 8 March.
I have sent 4 emails since and not had any response.
Can anyone help please?

When we create a support ticket by contacting Staff it’s important to understand they have a backlog. They deal with the support tickets with the earliest dates first. So if we contact them more than once of the same issue the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help.
P.S. I forgot to tell you I have flagged this thread for Staff attention.

@ebbeinside: If you check your Store > Upgrades page, it should show that your VideoPress, No Ads, and 25 GB updates are expiring (not renewing) on March 8th. Does it say "expiring" in the status, or something else? Could you please also let me know your support ticket number?
