URGENT ! Need to contact Support for a domain name

    Hello,
    I want to renew my domain name ownership but a message reminds me to contact Support. How do I do that?
    I tried to post a message on these forums a week ago without any answer.
    And now, my blog http://www.villachanteclair.com is no longer available online.
    Why?
    THANKS a lot for your help as this is two years of hard work for me to promote my cottage.

    However, you did not reply to macmannx and I can now see you are referring to a different URL. This thread has been flagged for Staff attention.

    It looks like you name expired so long ago that it has reverted back to the wild - try registering it again - I have also flagged this for the staff to help you

    Dashboard >> Store >> there should be an option to buy a domain name

    Note: sometimes a blog will hold onto the knowledge that it used to have a domain name registered so that is why I flagged this for staff attention - sometimes they need to reset something - but if that is the case you will have an error message to report back here with

    I thank you for answering that fast. Please let know WordPress staff that I'd like them to explain me asap how I can renew this domain name to ensure it stays linked to my blog. Thanks again. Eric

    I do have a message saying that DNS needs to be updated. I don't know what to do to confirm that I want to keep on using this URL villachanteclair.com and keep it "linked" to my WordPress blog. If somebody could contact me ASAP it would be great.
    I really depend on your help as I don't see what should be done to regain this domain name.
