I am doing my due diligence before moving ahead with the switch from Blogger to WordPress and one question never seems to be satisfactorily answered wherever I go.
How can I complete the conversion and keep my URL's intact? I have postings that are years old and still get traffic... I cannot afford to lose that traffic.
I welcome any experienced feedback.

you'll want to ask in the http://wordpress.org/support forums, as that's not possible with a wordpress.com blog.

Um, Blogger to wp.com is possible. Not sure why you're thinking it's not.
Are we talking about into a wordpress blog hosted here at wp.com or elsewhere?
