   I pointed my DNS to my hosting account at GoDaddy.com, but I can't use plugins still?

   Is there a way to fix this problem?

   I want to add plugins to my website.

   I understand that, but it says if I have a different host, I can.

   Indeed. But you can't find instructions for that in the WordPress.COM forums.
