"User already has a role on your site"

  1. I'm trying to add a user (mawtrocious) to the blog (potaku.com) as a contributor. After he clicked accept, he was still unble to get to the dashboard so I checked and he wasn't listed as a user. I tried to send another invite, but I got the error message "User already has a role on your site". he's still not listed as a user or able to access the dashboard. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    The blog I need help with is potaku.com.
