   Hi
   I'm very new to this, so apologies up front. I'm trying to change my user name and nothing happens. I've gone into My Profile, Change User Name and then typed in my new name and Continue, unfortunately nothing changes. Can anyone please help?

   You have to type the new username, Save, then go back and choose it from the drop-down. It's a two step process. Once you've selected it from the dropdown, you can save again and then it'll be changed.

   Thanks for the quick response. What drop down box are you referring to? In what screen? I'm really sorry.
