   I notice that other users have a mouseover feature with their user name - for example, when they leave a comment putting the mouse over their use name gives a snapshot of their blog page, and clicking the user name takes you to their blog.

   Mine does not seem to work that way, and I haven't found support documentation to tell me how.

   Any idea how I can make this work?

   strange - I *am* getting the mouseover effect on the post I just made - but not elsewhere.....

   The little pop-up has to be enabled on your blog (M shots, it's under Appearance->Extras).
