GA cannot be used here at wordpress.COM. WordPress already runs it for part of their overall site statistics, and there can only be one instance of GA allowed per site.

Doesn't matter. GA still cannot be used here. The code is written in Javascript. Javascript is not allowed here due to security concerns.
