Using Semagic with WordPress

    I'm trying to use Semagic to post to my WordPress account (as I've used it for years with Livejournal with no issues). I've set up the options as in this post (http://semagic.sourceforge.net/api.html (using the middle screenshot) but I'm getting an error when I try to log in: Server reply is broken and cannot be processed.

    Is this a problem with Semagic or with Wordpess? Is anyone else having the same problems or uses Semagic without any issues?

    Now getting the following error message: Error parsing response XML

    A quick search of the forums brought up the format that is used to access your blog. Try this:

    http://bongleton.wordpress.com/xmlrpc.php

    No idea if it will work, though. If not, you should contact support directly.

    In the "Server settings" area make sure that "Secure Password" is unchecked (only shows up when the API is set to LiveJournal).
