The blog I need help with is nancytinariedits.wordpress.com.

  2. Will you please be more descriptive? Exactly where do you get hung up? To see what post formats your theme supports, go to Posts -> Add New in the dashboard and look for the Format module on the right.

  3. If you cannot locate the Format module then go to screen options. http://en.support.wordpress.com/screen-options/ The Screen Options pull down tab is located in the upper right corner of your Dashboard. Include the Posts and Page modules.

I have found the right place to select my post's format but it appears as a standard post instead of one with the selected format.

  5. Hi, @nancytinarirunswrites!

Can you post the URL of the post that's not displaying in the correct format so that we can take a look? Thanks!

This was a post that I tried to format as a quote post but it just looks like the standard format to me. My blog is not my home page: does that have anything to do with my problem? http://nancytinariedits.wordpress.com/2012/10/24/a-writers-solitude-kafkas-words/
