   Hello! My name is Matt and I've been using WP to post our podcast to iTunes with great success, however, our podcast logo does not appear on iTunes.

   I was under the impression that the 'gravatar' image that a person uploads would post to iTunes and change the generic icon to an image of your choice, but it doesn't work

   Is there a step I'm missing? Is there some other way that I should try so that our logo appears in iTunes?

   I'm sorry but we Volunteers have precious little information on podcasting. Will you please contact Staff by using the Help button on the top right hand corner of your Admin page?

   I'm sorry but where do I go in the help menu to contact staff about my problem? vitalum is having the same problem so I'd like to help him out too
