   How do I add this video from ustream:

   to my blog post:

   The blog I need help with is iwka.wordpress.com.

   The only way I know of would be to add it to a vodpod account and then use the Vodpod button for WordPress.com.

   But that would not show i the post, right? just in the vodpod widget?

   That's correct. The Vodpod videos widget lets you display image-links to your favorite videos from around the web in your sidebar only. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/vodpod-videos-widget/

   UH, no.

   It WOULD show in the post. I'm not talking about the Vodpod WIDGET but the Vodpod BUTTON, which puts it directly in your post.
