Value bundle

    Hi,
    I already have a wordpress free account. Can I purchase the $99 value bundle upgrade? and keep my blog exactly as it is?

    The blog I need help with is silvioraij.wordpress.com.

    Yes, you can buy as many upgrades as you like and then not use them, but why would you do that?

    Maybe you misunderstood me. I already have a wordpress free account and I would like to buy the bundle upgrade to add to my existing blog my own domain name + different cool themes, etc. Is easy to translate all the contents of my existing free Blog to my new domain?

    You can't add external themes to a WP.com blog at all. The value bundle doesn't change that; it allows you to tweak existing themes, provided you know how to do CSS editing.

    If you want your own domain name, that's I believe $25 a year for the domain name and mapping it to your blog.
