   Hi,
   When I add youtube video to a post in the normal manner suggested on wordpress support pages it appears fine on the blog but in the email received by email subscribers they get only a broken link and no still image of the video. How can I solve this problem? I subscribe to other wordpress.com blogs who don't seem to have this problem.

   I'm using 2011 theme and the email subscription widget that comes with it.

   Hello there,
   Each email client is different. If your visitors email client supports HTML formatting the video will appear where it is placed within the email. If HTML is not supported it will not appear. Please see what Staff "allnoodles" states here > "No, it's technically not possible to put videos in email.
