Video upload

    I have purchased a space upgrade but whenever I try to upload a video using the WordPress video player I just end up with a blank thumbnail and a question mark. It's very frustrating.

    Anyone have any ideas as to what's going wrong?

    Do you host your blog yourself? If so you need to ask at the WordPress.org forum:

    http://wordpress.org/support/

    Our free blogs here at WordPress.com runs under a different software.
