Hi, purchased the video-upgrade yesterday for nearly 60,00 $. Then uploaded three wmv-Videos (two 700 kb, no audio, one 68 MB incl. audio). Checked my "Mediathek" this morning and it still says, the video ist currently "in work", this may last a few minutes! Any ideas what's wrong?

It looks like our system isn't recognizing the files as actual videos, which usually means that you're using a proprietary codec, but our system should actually be able to decode these files.
We're looking in to it. For now, does your software have another way to encode these files, like possibly a "web safe" or "compatibility" mode?

@macmanx: The videos are originally pptx-files which I "saved as" wmv. I can convert them via video converter (by koyote soft). What parameters are recommended?

If you have a way to export MP4 files with H.264 video and AAC audio, that would be ideal, but our system is (or rather should be) compatible with hundreds of other codecs.
