viewport woes

  1. Where in the style sheet do you put the <meta name="viewport" call? And what do you write in after "viewport" if you want the font to be a different one if the screen size is smaller than so many pixels? Does this call even go into the style sheet or into another file? Thanks.

The blog I need help with is excalventures.com.

  2. The blog you specified at excalventures.com does not appear to be hosted at WordPress.com.
