You took me down for no apparent reason - you said for violating terms of service - all I did was re-post a Doctor's article form the Huffington Post with FULL ATTRIBUTION on the Health Care debate before the Supreme Court - I cannot understand what could possibly have violated your terms of service - HELP?

I’m sorry but this is not a matter for posting to a public forum. We Volunteers answering support questions have no role to play in this process. This is between you and Staff. You have a warning notice with a link in it — please click that link as it works at all times (even when the regular contact form is closed).
If you have already contacted Staff by using the “click here to contact us” link in the notice, the ToS department definitely received your request. Please be patient as they’ll be getting back to you as soon as they can.

Use the link in the message in your dashboard to contact the TOS department directly and discuss it with them. The volunteers here in the forums cannot help and staff will not discuss TOS violations in an open forum for privacy reasons.

Reposting an entire article even with attribution is viewed very poorly by many people and considered a violation of TOS - in looking at your site I see several articles that look like they are wholesale copy and paste - one from Mother Jones that I found by Kevin Drum -
If you really like an article take only the first paragraph or so - add a bit why you like the article then link to the original article.

No kidding. Copyright law applies in cyberspace just as it does in the offline world. If you do not hold copyright and/or do not have the express permission of the creator of any intellectual property of any kind do not post it to your blog, as you will be in violation of the Terms of Service and Staff can suspend/or delete your blog. http://en.wordpress.com/tos/
Republishing a BRIEF excerpt, correctly identifying the author of it, and providing a link back to the original post is the correct protocol.
