Visual editor button visible but not working

  1. The visual editor at my blog doesn't seem to be working. The default setting seems to have changed to "text editor". I can see the visual editor button, but clicking on it has no impact. The site seems to be"stuck" on the text editor that requires the use of HTML. All of my posts have somehow toggled over the the text/HMTL mode. I have tried working with it on several different computers, to no avail.

The blog I need help with is diannefallon.com.

  2. The blog you specified at diannefallon.com does not appear to be hosted at WordPress.com.

  3. That's not a site being hosted by WordPress.com. We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.com blogs here. Support for your website is provided on the WordPress.ORG support forums and they are here http://wordpress.org/support/ If you don't have a username account at WordPress.org, click that link and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the correct support forums for your software.

Staff have requested that folks with Jetpack issues post their questions to the existing Jetpack forum at WordPress.org, since it would be easier to keep support focused in one place as much as possible: http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack
