Visual Editor does not appear?

    On the post screen ther used to be an option of Visual Editor and HTML editor. But now I can't see any visual editor option. What is the problem? Please help.

    The blog I need help with is kozqaras.wordpress.com.

    Go to your Profile and make sure the option "Disable the visual editor when writing" isn't checked.
