Visual Editor Not Working Since Upgrade to 2.8

I upgraded to 2.8 this morning and now my visual editor is not working and all but missing. There are no buttons like Bold and Strike Through, etc. If I try to edit a previous post with visual editor, nothing shows up in the visual editing box other than a few red sketchy lines. I’ve cleared cache and checked Java and all the usual stuff.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The blog you specified at antiquemommy.com does not appear to be hosted at WordPress.com.

This support forum is for WordPress.com hosted blogs only. If you have a self-hosted WordPress blog you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums, not here.

If you don’t understand the difference, you may find this information helpful.

I’ve got the same problem, but with a .org blog. Any ideas?
