Want different primary blog address!

    Hello:

    I want to use an existing/private WordPress.com weblog as the primary/public WordPress.com weblog.

    But I don't want to use the "Export" feature via the [WordPress blog address here].wordpress.com/wp-admin/export.php?type=export] webpage or pay for the "Site Redirect".

    I've tried two other features unsuccessfully: "Change Blog Address" and "Transfer Blog."

    If there are any other options available, please let me know.

    The blog I need help with is thebloggingpath.wordpress.com.
